We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Trades Assistant to join our busy workshop team.
This is a hands‐on role working closely with supervisors, engineers, and qualified tradespeople to deliver safe, high‐quality work within required timeframes.In this role you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining a secure and efficient work environment, and representing the business professionally when working with both internal teams and external stakeholders.About the role:Reading and interpreting production and fabrication drawingsAssisting with the prefabrication and assembly of structures both in the workshop and out on siteSupporting tradespeople with daily tasks and tool handlingWorking to strict deadlines and within allocated budgetsTravelling to various project sites as requiredCarrying out repairs, replacements, and general maintenance of existing structuresMaintaining a clean, safe,
