Based in Roseville NSW ****, this role is fundamental to maintaining the quality and safety of our properties and ensuring our clients receive exceptional service.
As a Maintenance / All Rounder, you will be the backbone of our operations, responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks across the property.
This position offers the opportunity to develop and utilise diverse technical skills whilst contributing directly to client satisfaction and property longevity.Key responsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs across multiple residential and commercial propertiesConduct property inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas requiring attentionRespond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to property occupantsMaintain accurate records of all maintenance work completed, including materials used and time spent on each taskPerform preventative maintenance to extend the lifespan of building systems, fixtures, and appliancesAssist with minor renovations, upgrades, and installations as requiredLiaise with contractors and service providers when specialist work is neededEnsure all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with relevant safety regulations and building codesMaintain tools and equipment in good working order and report any deficienciesWhat we're looking forProven experience in maintenance, handyperson work, or a related trade within the property or facilities management sectorDemonstrated ability in at least two of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting,
