We're looking for a Payroll & Finance Officer to help keep the financial engine room of Cygnett running smoothly.
You'll sit within our Finance team, report to our Finance Manager, and take ownership of payroll and day-to-day finance operations across our growing Australian business.This isn't a data-entry role.
You'll be the person our crew trusts to pay them accurately and on time, every time, and the person our Finance Manager relies on to keep accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations tight.

Charities close to our heart include Share the Dignity and the McGrath Foundation.You could be the one if you can...Process end to end payroll for employees, including calculating hours worked, deductions, and taxes ensuring compliance of relevant Awards, financial regulations and laws including PAYG, Superannuation, payroll tax and Workcover administration.Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.Process incoming payments including customer enquiries regarding outstanding accounts.
