Right across the state, we are committed to exceptional care, accommodation, and support services for older Western Australians.Juniper is seeking a dedicated Retirement Living Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team at St David's Retirement Village, Mount Lawley, on a full-time permanent basis.In this rewarding role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the village, ensuring customers enjoy a high standard of accommodation and services.
You'll support customer wellbeing and independence, coordinate enquiries and transitions, manage unit resales, and maintain a robust onsite presence.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Independent Living Unit enquiries, administration, customer transitions, welfare promotion, asset management, and budget planningManage the resale process of village unitsProvide responsive support to customers and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) requirements, including injury risk managementMaintain a safe, welcoming,



and well-managed village environmentKey RequirementsAble to prioritise workload and appropriately allocate tasksEffective communication skillsAn understanding of working within customer service standards whilst maintaining a professional imageLeadership and motivation skillsComputer competent, including use of Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvementThe ability to relate to and empathise with the elderlyKnowledge of OSH and legal requirements relating to the Retirement Villages legislation.Experience in asset and property maintenance and management.Experience in retirement village and/or aged care - desirableKnowledge of Building Codes of Australia and Australian Standards - desirableRelevant qualifications in business management or human services - desirableCurrent WA driver's license and reliable vehicleWhat's On OfferPermanent full-time opportunityCompetitive salary packageAccess to salary packaging benefits of up to $18,550 tax free each yearDiscounted private health insuranceEmployee Assistance Program offering free and confidential counselling servicesFree onsite parkingPeople of all ages and cultures are encouraged to apply.
