Partnering with the Management team of the store, your role as Team Leader is integral to inspire and develop our service and selling teams to deliver high performance and exceed customer expectations.
Lead and motivate the teams to develop creative ways to drive sales targets and impact, as well as ensuring our customers receive personal attention by creating an exceptional in-store experience.You will also have the opportunity to accelerate your retail career and develop your leadership skills with an abundance of learning and development to provide you with the confidence to become a future member of the Myer store management team.To be considered for this position you will need to be available to work across our key store trading hours, including fortnightly weekends.Your Background:People leadership / supervisory experience within a 'big box' retail environment, preferredRetail sales experience with proven customer service and selling skillsFoster effective communication and collaboration with the management team of the store, team members and customersTime management, prioritisation with a robust work ethic and problem solving skillsPassion for customer service and a love of retail!
