To lead by example and not be afraid to get your hands dirty to achieve our clients expectations.Job Responsibilities:Understand, follow and comply company policiesWork on the floor along side your team and lead them in dispatch, picking, receipting and enquiry ensuring company procedures are followed and KPIs are met.Work with your supervisor to recruit new team members for your areaEnsuring new team members are inducted and trained with company processBooking transport along side the admin membersHave a robust email ability dealing with internal staff and external clientsBe able to use Microsoft office at a minimum levelBe experienced in high reach forklift operation.A first Aid certificate an advantage but not necessary
