The successful candidate will undertake fault diagnosis, hardware repairs and quality testing while ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and in accordance with company quality standards.Location: Parramatta NSW **** Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum plus SuperannuationKey ResponsibilitiesDiagnose hardware faults in mobile phones, tablets, laptops and other supported electronic devicesAssess damaged devices and determine suitable repair methods and replacement componentsRepair and replace faulty components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, buttons and other internal partsUse specialised diagnostic equipment,



repair tools and software to identify and resolve hardware faultsPerform functional testing and quality checks before returning repaired devices to customersComplete software installation, updates and basic troubleshooting where required to support hardware functionalityRecord diagnostic findings, repair work completed and replacement parts used in accordance with company proceduresMaintain repair tools, testing equipment and replacement component inventoryExplain repair findings, available repair options and expected turnaround times to customersComplete repairs in accordance with company quality standards and workplace health and safety requirementsMaintain a clean, organised and protected repair workspaceCandidate RequirementsCertificate III, Certificate IV or Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum 1–2 years of relevant experience repairing mobile phones, tablets or comparable electronic devicesDemonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing hardware faults using specialised tools and diagnostic equipmentStrong knowledge of electronic components, hardware testing and fault-finding techniquesExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to manage multiple repairs and meet expected turnaround timesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced retail repair environmentOnly candidates currently residing in Australia will be shortlisted.Last Day of Application: 1 September ****
