Home Hunters Group helps everyday Australians get into the property market through house and land packages tailored to first home buyers.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic Appointment Setter to be the first point of contact for people who have already enquired about buying their first home.

Your job is simple: have excellent conversations, understand their situation, qualify the opportunity and book quality appointments with our Senior Home Specialists.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role where quality matters. We’re not looking for appointments just to fill a calendar, we want genuine prospects that convert.

What You’ll Do
Call warm leads only – no cold calling
Speak with first home buyers about their goals and situation
Qualify potential buyers and identify genuine opportunities
Book appointments with our Senior Home Specialists
Follow up leads and manage your pipeline
Work towards KPIs and conversion targets

About You

You’ll be confident, positive and sharp on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly.

You’ll also have:
Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or a similar role
Robust communication and objection-handling skills
A competitive, results-driven mindset
Great positive energy and resilience
Strong organisation and follow-up skills
Appropriate Australian working rights
Property experience isn’t required — full training provided.
