The successful applicants will be given the necessary training and skills required to eventually progress into a management role, leading and overseeing the day-to-day operations of their department.

Working as part of an enthusiastic team in a rapid-paced supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Grocery and fresh food retail knowledge (desired but not essential)

Capable of leading and engaging a team

Ability to order and control costs
n
Ability to understand gross profit calculations

Ability to create rosters
n
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very 'hands-on' approach
