This is a role for someone who wants the stability of existing relationships without losing the upside of building their own patch.About the opportunityJoin PRA, a national Digital, IT, Sales and Building Services recruitment business with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and BrisbaneWork across a mix of contract and permanent placements in one of the busiest sectors in the marketFull ownership of your desk, from client development through to candidate delivery and billingsThe roleManage the full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, client relationship management, job briefs, candidate sourcing/screening, and offer managementGrow an existing client base through new business development, including outbound calls, meetings, and pitching PRA's services to new accountsNegotiate terms of business, fees, and contract rates with clientsSource and screen candidates against live briefs using our database, Seek Talent Search,



LinkedIn and LushaBuild and manage a talent pipeline for your specialisationOwn the end-to-end process: interviews, reference checks, offer management, and aftercareMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in our CRMWhat you'll bringProven experience in a 360 recruitment role, within IT/technology recruitment, with a track record of business development and billingConfidence picking up the phone to open new accounts and pitch to prospective clientsStrong negotiation and commercial conversation skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable juggling multiple open roles and client relationships at onceGenuinely curious about people and what makes them tick professionallyCultureWe are currently a team of 7 senior recruiters, who work across several specialist technology verticals with our clients.
