We pride ourselves on traditional cooking techniques blended with modern presentation.Key ResponsibilitiesFood Preparation: Prepare and cook authentic Middle Eastern and Levantine dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.Kitchen Standards: Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures.Service Efficiency: Work calmly and efficiently under high pressure during busy service hours.Team Support: Assist with stock rotation, inventory control, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.Requirements & SkillsExperience: Minimum 2 years of commercial kitchen experience, with specific background in Middle Eastern, Lebanese, or Mediterranean cuisine or English Cafe/Restaurant.Knowledge: Deep understanding of spice profiles, grilling, and traditional preparation methods.Qualifications: Valid Food Safety Supervisor certificate or relevant culinary qualifications.Work Vibe:
