We're looking for a compassionate, organised, and experienced Claims Coordinator to deliver a seamless end-to-end customer experience throughout the insurance building and restoration process.You will be supported by a user friendly job management platform, hands on training and a very supportive an d experienced leadership team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team where your communication, coordination, and customer service skills will make a real impact every day.About the RoleAs a Claims Coordinator, you'll be the key link between insured customers, insurers, estimators, project managers, trades, and internal admin teams, ensuring every claim progresses smoothly from first contact through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesManage insurance claims from job allocation through to completion within an insurance building & restorations businessProvide exceptional customer service and regular claim updates via phone, email and various insurer platformsCoordinate insurers, tradespeople,



suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSchedule inspections, make-safe works, restoration activities, and repairsMonitor claim progress and ensure service level agreements are achievedResolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate records and documentation throughout the claim lifecycleDeliver a positive and supportive experience during what can be a stressful time for customersAbout YouStrong customer service and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organised with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environmentExperience in claims management, insurance, construction, restoration, or customer service preferredA genuine passion for helping people and delivering outstanding serviceWhy Join Us?
