Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
Minimal Travel: Clinic-focused work with reimbursement for any community travel

Caseload: Work with both NDIS and private clients across the lifespan, starting with a ***** split of paediatrics to adults while you build confidence and capability.
Clinical areas include:Paediatric Caseload: Early Intervention, ASD, AAC, Language, Literacy & Fluency
Adult Caseload; (Complex Clients) Speech disorders (articulation, phonology, dyspraxia, dysarthria), Voice, Language and communication impairments and rehabilitation for acquired/neurological conditions
New Graduate Supportive:Weekly 1:1 supervision with a Senior SP (30+ years' experience)
Gradual increase of Caseload from when you start




Workshadowing opportunties in your first few weeks
No expectation to see complex clients initially, you will recieve lots of support before you take on any of these clients
Structured onboarding and induction program
Daily access to Senior clinicians, admin support and a 24/7 training platform
$1,000 Professional Development allowance + PD leave
Clinic & Community Split:90% clinic-based services in a well-equipped and inspiring setting
10% community-based services with travel reimbursed at $0.98/km

Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
SPA membership
Unrestricted working rights in Australia
Drivers license and own vehicle
