As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through accurate task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, current product launches and more.

About the Role

n

Territory: BEGA and surrounds (suburbs may include, but are not limited to Bega, Eden, Merimbula and Tura Beach)

n

Hours: Average of 10 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

n

Availability: Monday to Friday availability is essential

n

Essential: Driver license and car

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Driving strong relationships with store personnel
n
Building and maintaining quality displays in store
n
Negotiating promotional space
n
Executing planograms
n
Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
n
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
n
Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting,



and repetitive movements.
n

Successful candidate will need

n

n
Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
n
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
n
Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
n
An ability to work autonomously
n
Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
n
