We are partnering with our client, a global Tier 1 multidisciplinary engineering consultancy known for delivering complex infrastructure and built environment projects across Australia and internationally. Their Queensland team is continuing to grow, supported by a strong pipeline across Defence, airports, healthcare, utilities, civil infrastructure and land development.
About the Rolen
You will lead civil design delivery and support project outcomes across multiple sectors and clients.

Deliver civil engineering design for infrastructure and land development projects
n
Own technical outputs, quality and compliance to relevant standards
n
Coordinate with other disciplines (structural, water, transport, environmental)
n
Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers
n
Engage with clients as a trusted technical advisor
n
Support scoping and fee proposals where required
n
Skills and Experiencen
To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:
n
n
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
n
Senior-level consulting experience delivering civil design
n
Strong design capability (Civil 3D and/or 12d ideal)
n
Experience managing scope, budget and program on projects
n
Confident communicator with a team-oriented, team-first approach
n
