About the Role
This strategic role supports the development of enterprise strategy, priorities, and organisational initiatives.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will analyse complex issues, generate evidence-based insights, and develop recommendations that influence decision-making across the organisation.
You will play a key role in shaping strategic direction, driving priority initiatives, and delivering outcomes with long-term impact.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions
Deliver quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decisions
Engage with stakeholders to refine and strengthen recommendations
Support senior executives in problem structuring and planning
Prepare high-quality briefings, papers,



and presentations
Lead and coordinate strategic projects and work programs
Skills & Experience
Experience in strategy development, consulting, or related fields
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities
Proven ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders
Excellent executive communication and brief writing skills
Experience delivering strategic initiatives in complex environments
Experience developing policy, strategic papers, and recommendations within government or regulated environments
Understanding of government governance frameworks, public sector operations, or policy development processes
Ability to translate strategic outcomes into practical implementation roadmaps and delivery plans
Experience supporting organisational transformation and business improvement initiatives
Proven capability engaging with governance forums, external partners, and executive committees
Experience preparing materials for Board, Executive, or Ministerial consideration and review
Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Previous government experience is preferred for this role.
