We're working with a growing organisation in the construction sector seeking an HR Advisor to join their People & Culture team.

About the role
Partnering with managers to provide practical HR advice
Supporting employee relations matters, including performance and conduct
Managing end‐to‐end recruitment
Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes
Assisting with award interpretation and compliance
Contributing to HR projects, systems,



and process improvements
Skills and Experience
3+ years' experience in a generalist HR role
Solid exposure to employee relations + recruitment
Knowledge of Australian employment legislation & awards
Confident communicator who can build relationships at all levels
Proactive, organised, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
