Focus Partners Australia is seeking an IT Support and MSP Coordinator to own day-to-day IT across the firm and Escala.
You will manage the MSP relationship, triage tickets, and ensure staff have reliable access to technology.
The role covers end-user support, telephony, device lifecycle,onboarding/offboarding,software licensing, and security administration.
You will work across multiple sites, coordinate network uplift, deploy updates, and provide practical end-user training.
