Position:Casual (approx 40 hours per fortnight)

About the Role:
As a Home Care Support Worker, you'll provide personalised, in-home support to aged care clients, helping them maintain independence and enjoy a high quality of life.
Your care and support will foster a safe and nurturing environment that promotes overall well-being.
You will:
Provideperson-centred caretailored to each client's goals and preferences
Assist withpersonal care(e.g. showering, dressing, grooming)
Support withdaily living taskssuch as meal preparation, light cleaning, and shopping
Accompany clients toappointments and community activities
Encourageindependence, confidence,andsocial connection
Work closely withCare Partners and familiesto deliver consistent care
Maintainaccurate and timely documentation
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for compassionate,



reliable individuals who genuinely care about supporting older people.
You must have:
Certificate IIIin Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Experience working inhome careoraged care
Acaring, respectful, andclient-focusedapproach
Strongcommunicationand relationship-building skills
A currentAustralian Driver's Licenceandreliable, insured vehicle
A validNDIS Worker ScreeningClearance and aNational Police Check
