Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage end-to-end contracts and procurement for construction and capital projects. This role is ideal for a commercial-focused qualified with strong negotiation skills, contract experience, and the ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead sourcing and tendering activities, including contract negotiation, implementation, and award recommendations.

Draft, review, and manage Statements of Work and special contractual conditions.
n
Provide commercial guidance to project teams, supporting complex projects.
n
Ensure contract compliance, manage claims, and resolve disputes effectively.
n
Build and maintain solid supplier relationships, focusing on quality, risk allocation, and performance.
n
Collaborate across procurement and delivery teams to drive value, efficiency, and best practice.

Qualifications
n
n
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field and 5+ years' experience in procurement/contracts, preferably within construction or infrastructure projects.
n
Experience in construction contract management and quantity surveying (preferred).
n
Robust stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
n

Ability to manage competing priorities in a energetic environment, with resilience and autonomy.
