About the role:
Requires fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese
Located close to public transport
Part-time / Casual opportunities available
Work from our Mont Albert north location and support a valued local community
Monday to Sunday across AM, PM and Night shifts with minimum ***** hours per week
What you bring:
A minimumCertificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a relevant Certificate III/IV qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an aged care home,ideally with proven skills in mentoring and supporting other carers.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to build positive relationships with older people and their families.
The ability to understand and follow individual client care plans.
