About the Internship
You'll work side‐by‐side with our Internal Medicine team which includes specialists, a registrar, and an experienced nursing team and will collaborate with other specialist services.
This is a hands‐on role where you'll:
Participate in consultations, client communication and patient care
Be part of medical procedures, involvement in assessment, diagnosis and post‐procedure care
Gain exposure to a broad range of complex and fascinating cases
If eligible, be encouraged (and supported) to work towards ANZCVS Small Animal Medicine Membership

What We're Looking For
Ideally have a minimum 2 years of veterinary experience
Has a keen interest in internal medicine, application will be viewed favourably if they are working towards sitting membership examination
Willingness to learn
Ability to work in a team environment
Has a high standard of patient care
Internship Details
Start date: January ****
Duration: 12 months (option to extend to 18 months)
