Senior Business Analyst - Student Management System experience
Senior Business Analyst required who has worked on a Student Management System implementation, this is a requirement for this role.
Your responsibilities:
Senior Business Analyst with demonstrated experience leading business-driven discovery and delivering process outcomes,including:Elicitingand documenting business requirements and user needs (workshops, interviews, process walkthroughs).
Drive current state business process understanding and processtransformation/creation,with the ability to identify gaps, pain points, risks and opportunities.
Designing future-state processes and supporting processtransformation/creation,collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Robust stakeholder management: able to work autonomously, move quickly,



and adapt to different stakeholder styles and priorities.
Facilitation skills to drive alignment across business and technology teams (clarifying questions, option assessment, impact analysis, dependency identification).
Comfortable producing clear artefacts (process maps, requirements, decision logs) and maintaining documentation
Data uplift, compliance and governance.
Must have experience working on a Student Management System as a Business Analyst/Project Manager
Working in Education is a requirement for the role
Strong training and change management experience
