The Role
Reporting into the Finance Director, responsibilities will include:
Leading budgeting, forecasting and long‐range planning processes
Building and maintaining financial models to support commercial decision‐making
Supporting forecasting and scenario modelling for both existing and future product portfolios
Partnering with Commercial, Sales, Marketing and Leadership teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
Delivering performance analysis and actionable commercial insights
Supporting investment analysis and evaluation of strategic initiatives
Preparing presentations and financial materials for leadership stakeholders
Driving continuous improvement across FP&A; processes, reporting and modelling capability
Translating complex financial information into clear business recommendations
About You
You are a commercially focused FP&A; professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and influencing decisions beyond the numbers.
You will likely bring:
Experience within FP&A;, commercial finance or business partnering roles
Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling capability
Experience supporting strategic or investment decision‐making
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate in a rapid‐moving, evolving environment
A proactive and solutions‐focused mindset
CA / CPA qualification preferred
Experience within healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG or other commercially driven industries will be highly regarded, though not essential.
