Job Description

Primo is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor for its Brisbane-area site. You will lead daily manufacturing operations, champion safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires robust leadership, GMP/HACCP experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a quick-paced setting. Based at the Wacol plant, you will steer KPI delivery, mentor a high-performing team, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to ensure equipment readiness.
