Key responsibilities include:

Processing a high volume of supplier invoices with accuracy and efficiency
n
Matching invoices to purchase orders and delivery documentation
n
Managing the accounts inbox and maintaining organised electronic records
n
Following up on approvals to ensure timely invoice processing
n
Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
n
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies
n
Performing bank and credit card reconciliations
n
Responding to supplier queries and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships
n




Supporting month-end activities and payable ledger reconciliations
n

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable role
n
Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with ERP systems
n
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
