Overview

We are seeking a passionate and talented Poultry Vaccines Assistant Product Manager to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing animal health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan for the poultry vaccines portfolio.
n
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, prospects, and threats.
n
Support in defining product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional approaches.
n




Monitor brand performance and suggest corrective actions based on KPIs (sales, market share, customer engagement).
n
Support in developing brand communication materials (brochures, detailing aids, digital content, etc.).
n
Provide training and marketing support to the field force, including product knowledge and communication tools.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine.
n
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in marketing or product management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or animal health industry.
n
Experience with vaccines or biological products is a strong asset.
n
Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills.
n
Proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools.
n
Communication, creativity, and innovation in crafting and executing marketing initiatives.
