Responsibilities:

n

n
Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times, ensuring a professional manner when interacting with residents, their representatives, and team members.
n
Provide residents with quality personal care including support with personal hygiene, mobility, dining, communication and leisure and lifestyle activities.
n
Prioritise workload in consultation with RN/EN and work independently or as a team.
n
Accurately observe, document, and report changes in residents' physical and behavioural conditions.
n

Requirements:

n

n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or similar Certificate III or higher qualification.
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
n
Valid and current Police Certificate.
n
Experience in person-centered support and a willingness to undertake ongoing training.
n
Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge and skills in contemporary aged care services.
n
An understanding of infection control, WHS and safe work practices.
