The Role
As Associate Director, you will lead high‐value quantitative research programmes and play a key role in shaping strategic insight for major clients.
You will:
Lead the design and delivery of complex quantitative research
Work across brand strategy, segmentation, innovation, CX and customer strategy
Partner with senior clients to frame research questions and business problems
Translate advanced analytics into clear, compelling strategic narratives




Guide and mentor junior researchers to maintain rigour and storytelling excellence
Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and strategic growth initiatives
What You Bring
6/7+ years' experience in quantitative research (agency or research‐led consulting environment)
Strong strategic research design and analytical thinking capability
Experience delivering insight that informs long‐term business strategy
Confidence in presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders
A collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring researchers
Intellectual curiosity and a challenger mindset
