Job Description

Platypus Shoes Grand Plaza is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate team and drive sales performance in a high-volume retail setting. You will coach the Assistant Store Manager, work with the Area Manager on growth prospects, and ensure an outstanding customer experience.

You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing rosters and wage costs, maintaining visual merchandising, and upholding OH&S; standards in a high-profile retail setting.
