Responsibilities:
n
n
Provide customer service support to dealers/branches for technical inquiries on engine, transmission, and chassis parts.
n
Collaborate with OEM partners to resolve unresolved technical queries.
n
Work with internal departments on vendor availability, recent part numbers, and tracking orders.
n
Coordinate with PDC staff on order amendments, shipment timelines, and report issues or concerns.
n
Implement standardised answers for FAQs and utilize the CRM database.
n
Build robust relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and the use of genuine parts.
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
Parts Interpreter experience within similar industry.
n
Knowledge of heavy-duty truck, heavy-duty engine, parts and machinery.
n
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
n
Attention to detail with the ability to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
n
Willingness and ability to work with computer operating systems (IDS, ERA and CRM)
n
