Diamonds Tavern Varsity Lakes has been recently renovated, featuring a brand new bar, upgraded gaming room, spacious dining area, and a next-level TAB and Sports Bar set-up.

Assistant Venue Manager – Responsibilities

This role supports the leadership team in delivering exceptional hospitality, driving team performance, and maintaining high standards across the venue.

n

The work you do will directly impact our customers and our aim is to ensure our employees are provided with the support and knowledge to exceed our customers' expectations.

Qualifications

n

n
Previous hospitality leadership experience
n
RSA & RSG Certificates (Essential)
n
Strong leadership and communication skills
n
Experience in a fast-paced venue
n
Passion for team development and customer service
n
RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues)
n
Approved Manager's License
n
Current First Aid Certificate
n




Outstanding customer service skills
n
Positive attitude
n
Availability to work nights and weekends
n

Competitive salary $80K–$82K, plus KPI-based bonus of up to $5,000 per year, paid quarterly
