An exciting chance exists for an experienced Survey Manager to lead the delivery of a complex national survey program.
Working with a broad range of stakeholders, delivery partners and subject-matter experts, you will oversee survey operations from planning through to reporting, ensuring outcomes are delivered to the highest standards of quality and integrity.
Your new role
Reporting to a senior Program Director, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all aspects of survey delivery.
You will oversee survey operations, monitor performance and manage quality assurance activities to ensure milestones, reporting requirements and delivery objectives are achieved.
You will work closely with service providers and stakeholders to support survey implementation, data management and reporting activities.
The role requires a strong focus on quality, governance and risk management, alongside the ability to navigate complex issues and provide practical solutions in a dynamic environment.
You will also contribute to the development and refinement of survey methodologies, support data quality activities,
coordinate stakeholder engagement and provide regular reporting on survey performance and outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience managing large-scale survey, research or data collection programs
Strong understanding of survey methodologies and data quality principles
Demonstrated project management and program delivery experience
Experience overseeing service providers and external stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capability
Ability to identify and manage operational and delivery risks
Experience developing reports and presenting complex information clearly
Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Australian Citizenship is required for this position
