Job Description
Our Women Up Front Trainee Bus Driver Program offers you the support and training you need to become a licensed and confident bus driver. This includes:
* Extensive induction training program with a mix of classroom and on-road training to obtain your Heavy Rigid (HR) licence
* A 12-month training program (mix of classroom and on the job training) to gain a nationally recognised qualification (Certificate III in Driving Operations - Bus)
* Industry leading pay throughout your training
* Assigned a buddy throughout the training process to support your development
* Choosing your home depot location across our Melbourne network - North Fitzroy, Sunshine West, Thomastown, Preston, Doncaster East, Heatherton & Keysborough

About the Candidate
* Excellent customer service skills and who enjoy working with people




* A current Australian car driver's licence (full licence held for minimum 2 years)
* Hold Australian work rights (Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident)
* Willingness to have a pre-employment functional and drug and alcohol assessment
* Willingness to obtain a Driver Accreditation (CPV) and Working With Children Check
**Please note those shortlisted must attend an assessment centre from our North Fitzroy depot**.
