About the Role
As theBuyer Relationship Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for many prospective purchasers, helping them navigate their property journey from enquiry through to purchase.
You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with buyers, coordinating inspections, matching buyers with suitable properties and ensuring every interaction is professional, personalised and memorable.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers throughout their property journey
Match buyers with suitable properties and coordinate inspections
Deliver exceptional customer service across all buyer interactions
Manage buyer follow-up and database communication
Assist with sales administration and transaction support
Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
Support the team to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients
Contribute to a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll be:

Hold or be willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate.
Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential.
