About the Role
Reporting directly to the service operations manager, the Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling service activities, managing job costs and supporting the field operations team.
This role requires a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to run service administration efficiently and accurately.
Ideal for someone with a strong background in HVAC, trades or service-based environments, who enjoys being the central point of coordination.

What you'll be doing
Set up, plan and coordinate service jobs and maintenance contracts
Schedule site access, parking and technician requirements
Manage job costs and ensure alignment with budgets
Maintain strong communication with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Produce job reports, certificates and required documentation
Processing sales orders, counter sales, invoices and job variations in SimPRO
Identify service opportunities and pass leads to the sales team

What we're looking for
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum 5 years' experiencein a service coordination,



administration, operations or similar role
SimPRO or similar experience is essential
Experience supporting a field-service, trades or maintenance team
Understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical aptitude is an advantage but not required
Strong customer serviceapproach with clear, confident communication
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Strong commercial awareness and experience working within budgets
Ability to work effectively with technicians, management and clients
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
