Nepean Hospital, part of NBMLHD, is seeking a Weekend Pharmacist to join a team-oriented patient care team and deliver clinical pharmacy services to enhance medication safety across the patient journey.
You will ensure medication accuracy at transitions of care, including admission, inpatient treatment and discharge, while building links with community pharmacists and general practitioners.
You will also provide after-hours and on-call services and participate in rostered afternoon shifts.
