Job Description

Paxus is seeking a Senior Workday Functional Consultant to lead hands-on delivery of the Workday Advanced Compensation module on a major rewards project in Sydney.

n

Start ASAP on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract; responsibilities include configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting UAT and post-implementation activities, with solid stakeholder engagement.

The role requires deep Workday HCM and Core Compensation knowledge and experience across rewards or compensation transformations.
