About the Role
As ourSenior Administration & Customer Service Officer, you'll be at the heart of business operations, providing essential administrative, financial and customer service support across a diverse range of programs and projects.
This is a varied and hands-on role that requires outstanding organisational and communication skills.
You'll work closely with staff,



managers and customers to ensure our services run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing contracts and procurement activities through our project management system.
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Coordinating the Western LLS fleet and associated administration.
Maintaining training records and providing systems training support.
Managing records and information in accordance with organisational requirements.
Assisting with asset administration and other business support activities.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and efficient business processes.
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to team success.
You will bring:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Excellent administration, communication and customer service skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Well-developed problem-solving skills and initiative.
Confidence working across a range of systems, processes and projects.
A collaborative approach and positive team mindset.
A current NSW Driver Licence.
Experience in government, business services, finance administration or a similar environment will be highly regarded.
