Job Description

Capability HR is partnering with a multi-site healthcare organisation based in Dural, NSW, seeking a true stand-alone HR Manager. You will own the full employee lifecycle across centres, blending day-to-day advisory work with longer‐term improvements in systems, processes, and leadership capability.

Reporting to the CEO, you will coach managers, ensure Fair Work Act and Up-to-date Awards compliance, manage Employment Hero, and help shape a high‐performing, compliant culture across NSW, ACT and VIC.
