We're looking for an experienced, hands‐on People Business Partner to join our Group People team, partnering closely with Business Managers across a diverse manufacturing organisation. This is a true generalist role where you'll work across the full HR spectrum—supporting leaders with day-to-day people matters while contributing to broader capability, workforce and change initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Partner with leaders to provide practical, solutions-focused HR advice.
n
Support delivery of people initiatives aligned to business priorities.
n
Manage and advise on employee relations matters (performance, conduct, grievances).
n
Contribute to capability development, workforce planning and organisational change.
n
Use people data and insights to inform decision‐making.
n
Collaborate closely with the broader People team (TA, L&D;, Safety).
n

What We're Looking For
n
n
~5+ years' HR experience across a broad generalist/business partnering remit.
n
Robust background in employee relations and HR advisory.
n
Proven ability to build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
n
Experience across multiple HR disciplines—not just a specialist area.
n
Sound knowledge of employment legislation and industrial frameworks.
n
Commercially astute, pragmatic and hands‐on in approach.
