We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Retail Manager to join our team at Yogine Investment Pty Ltd t/a Xpress Gourmet Pizza Mornington located at 14 Blake St, Mornington VIC 3931. Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to:

Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
n
Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies and setting prices.
n
Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services.
n
Selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use.
n
Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
n
Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
n
Controlling selection, training and supervision of staff.
n
Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
n

Skills and Experience:
n
n
At least 1- 2 years of proven experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
n
Strong leadership and team management skills.
n
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
n
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
n
Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and marketing strategies
n
