About the Role

n

As a key member of our Accessories team, you will:

n

Provide exceptional service to every customer — whether in-store or over the phone
n
Work closely with workshop technicians to ensure timely supply of parts for servicing, repairs, and custom builds.
n
Follow our structured "Road to a Sale" process
n
Build your own customer network and nurture repeat business
n
Maintain a high standard of showroom and stock presentation
n
Support stock management, ordering and merchandising
n
Participate in ongoing training to develop your sales and product knowledge
n




Contribute positively to the store culture and customer environment
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
Strong customer service skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
n
Competent computer skills (email, databases, POS systems)
n
Excellent communication and ability to build rapport quickly
n
A passion for motorcycles
n
Motivation to meet and exceed set sales targets
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to store presentation
n
Prior Parts Interpreting or workshop experience a bonus
n
