Client Development Manager (Parental Leave Cover)

Based in Melbourne, reporting to the Regional Manager – Client Development VIC/TAS. This role involves driving current business growth by servicing and growing adviser distribution.

Responsibilities

n

n
Support a panel of advisers, assisting them to grow their businesses in a manner mutually beneficial to AIA.
n
Build and develop relationships with advisers and their support staff.
n
Maintain and develop relationships with local dealer group management.
n
Meet yearly production and retention targets.
n
Follow the Client Development Management model within your state.
n
Provide product education and client development support to advisers and support staff.
n
Raise the profile of AIA at PD days, conferences and industry events.
n
Work closely with Client Development Associates to help growth and their development.
n
Provide guidance and direction to your aligned Client Development Support person to help them in their roles and your aligned panel.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Previous experience in a similar position within life insurance or financial services.
n




RG146 compliant.
n
Successful completion of a Diploma of Financial Services or equivalent qualification.
n
Proven ability to provide exceptional client service.
n
High level verbal and written communication skills.
n
