Job Description

JLL is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager in Adelaide to act as site representative for multiple CBD assets. You will oversee building operations, maintenance, and tenant relations while reporting to the General Manager.

You will manage HVAC, electrical, fire and security systems, coordinate contractors, and drive safety and efficiency across property data streams. The role requires proactive leadership and robust communication.
