Our client is an established and well-rounded Insurance firm, looking for a Property and Motor Insurance Consultants to join their expanding team.
They have beautiful modern offices, located central to all modes of transport making it easily accessible to all.
The Role
Assisting with a portfolio of claims
Attending to inbound phone calls and lodging claims
Managing claim general inquiries
Providing clients with information on product offerings
Up-selling and cross-selling to existing customers
Hourly: $35 - $45 per hour + super
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + plus super
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Location: Sydney CBD
Ideal Candidate
Experience within property/motor claimsindustry is essential
Strong customer service and administration skills essential
Eager to learn and Passionate to grow in the industry
Sales and Call Center experience desirable
The ability to work in a team and in a rapid paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
