About the Role:
This isn't your typical collections role.
You'll manage your own portfolio of customers, build relationships, negotiate repayment solutions and work collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes.
Reporting to a highly supportive leader,



you'll be given the autonomy to manage your portfolio while receiving ongoing coaching and development to help you succeed.
Day to Day You Will:
Manage your own portfolio of customer accounts
Build relationships and negotiate repayment arrangements
Handle inbound and outbound customer communication
Assess hardship enquiries and identify practical solutions
Maintain accurate CRM records and account notes
Work closely with internal stakeholders to support customer outcomes
About You:
Ideally have 1-3 years' collections experience - either in a collections agency or in-house, B2B or B2C background are both highly valued
Alternatively, experience in sales, account management, customer service or another role involving outbound customer contact
Excellent communication both written and verbal, and robust relationship-building skills are essential
Comfortable having difficult conversations while remaining empathetic and professional
Good excel skills - advanced not required however you know how to do the basics!

Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
