SME Sales Associate, B2B – Head Office, Tullamarine VIC

Position Overview

n

We are seeking a highly motivated and results‐driven individual to join our sales team. We want someone with a real hunger and drive to develop new and existing business.

Responsibilities

n

Prospect for current business in the corporate SME segment.
n
Achieve maximum revenue with the highest yield possible for your segment.
n
Collaborate closely with the operations team to generate quality leads from stations.
n
Ensure sound and seamless onboarding of new SME customers.
n
Ensure information presented is compliant with company standards and of a professional standard.
n
Record all customer contacts and transactions daily in Salesforce.
n
Use Salesforce marketing automation for communications to the SME database.
n
Generate template‐based proposals for recent SME business opportunities.
n
Apply profitability analysis of rate products.
n
Maintain the CRM system daily; compile monthly reports and record sales activities.
n
Manage contracts using DocuSign solutions for SME contracts.
n

Qualifications

n

n
Minimum 1‐2 years' experience in a similar role or sales workplace.
n




Experience in a competitive business‐to‐business environment.
n
Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective long‐term customer relationships.
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Sales‐driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Excellent negotiation and problem‐solving abilities.
n
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast‐paced environment.
n
A full and current Australian driver's licence.
n
Knowledge of CRM systems.
n
