Job Overview

Responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily store operations, and delivering a memorable customer experience for the Shaver Shop.

Responsibilities

Lead the store from front to back, inspiring and engaging the team.
n
Create a welcoming store setting that links people, process and presentation.
n
Develop, coach and succession plan the team to increase productivity.
n
Implement promotional changes in line with business strategy.
n
Maintain a secure working setting for staff and customers.
n
Roster staff according to the store's trading profile.
n
Achieve sales, wages, KPI and stock loss targets.

Qualifications & Experience

Previous retail management experience.
n
Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience.
n
Proven track record of achieving sales, wages, KPI and stock loss targets.
n
Experience in developing and coaching a team.
n
Strong drive for policies and procedures.
n
Hands‐on, energetic and vibrant with a "team player" attitude.

Working Hours & Commitment

Full‐time. Availability required over weekends, late night trading hours and public holidays.
