Job Description

Narrabri Shire Council is seeking an Operations Coordinator for The Crossing Theatre, overseeing day-to-day operations from the frontline and supporting commercial performance. You will lead front-of-house, hospitality and event delivery to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include planning revenue and costs with insights for decision-making, coordinating event staffing and service delivery, and maintaining safety and quality across the theatre.
